St-Albans The St-Albans Bureau is open as follows: 10.00am to 4.00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 10.00am to 1.00pm on Wednesday During these hours you may call in for advice and if necessary wait in our waiting room until an adviser is free or alternatively you may telephone first for an appointment on 01727 811118. Appointments are available during opening hours or on Thursday evenings only, from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. You may also call our telephone advice line on 01727 855269 during opening hours, when you will be able to talk to one of our general advisers about your problem. Harpenden The Harpenden Bureau is situated in the Harpenden Town Council offices in Park Hall (by the entrance to Rothamsted Park) and is open as follows 10.00am to 1.00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You may call in for advice as there is no appointment service at this office and if necessary wait in our waiting area until an adviser is free. Outreach Service We also offer advice in London Colney in the Community Centre in Caledon Road. This is on Tuesday mornings between 10.00am and 12 noon. You may either call in or make an appointment to see the adviser through the St Albans Bureau Reception, on 01727 811118. We can see you in Wheathampstead at the Memorial Hall, Marford Road AL4 8AY on Thursdays from 10am to 12 noon. You may either call in or make an appointment. Please phone 01727 811118 for this service. We can visit your home to give advice if you are housebound.
